B.C. “Clifford” Evans, age 87 of Bowie, TX passed away January 16, 2004 at his residence in Bowie, TX.
Mr. Evans was born September 23, 1916 in Stoneburg, TX. He married Dorothy Leora Weatherford on February 20, 1937 in Henrietta, TX. He was a member of the Stoneburg Baptist Church and was a ranch foreman.
Graveside services for Mr. Evans were held Tuesday, January 20, 2004 at the Hopewell Cemetery with Rev. Larry Kennedy officiating. Services were under the direction of Fry Funeral Home.
Surviving relatives include: one son, Robert Evans and his wife, Joanna, Garland, TX; one grand son, Bobby Dell Evans, Dallas, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Evans on February 15, 2001; one infant son, Connie Ray Evans, September 1, 1947; and one sister, Amy Dorman in 2002.
Pallbearers included: Wayne Porter, J.D. Dorman, Pete Perry, Roger Weatherford, Timmy Dorman and Joe Evans. Honorary pallbearers included: James Henry, David Heard, Bobby Watkins and Gordon Heard.

Gary Joel Woolf, age 59, of Bowie, TX passed away January 16, 2004 in Garland, TX.
Mr. Woolf was born October 11, 1944 in Bowie, TX to Troy and Dorothy Woolf. He graduated from Bowie High School in 1963 and also was a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington. He worked for Texas Instruments as a Computer Chip Designer. He was in the National Guard Reserve in Dallas, TX.
Funeral services were held Sunday, January 18, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Bowie with Lonnie Moore officiating. Interment was at the Salona Cemetery under the direction of White Family Funeral Home.
Surviving relatives include: his brother, Larry Woolf, Bowie, TX; his mother, Dorothy Woolf, Bowie, TX; three nieces, and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, James Troy Woolf.

Mrs. Bullock was born August 20, 1916 in Jacksonville, FL. She was a member of the Temple Baptist Church in Gainesville, TX.
Funeral services for Mrs. Bullock were held Monday, January 19, 2004 at 12:00 p.m. at the Dalton and Son Funeral Home Chapel in Lewisville, TX under the direction of Dalton and Son, assisted by
Whte Funeral Home. Interment was at the Restland Memorial Park in Dallas, TX.
Surviving relatives include: six children, Jeannine Cushman, Bowie, TX, Marilee Acker, Pilot Point, TX, Donna Bledsoe, Gainesville, TX, Deborah Bramblitt, Bowie, TX, Gary Bullock, Nocona, TX and Wendell Bullock, New Orleans, LA; eleven grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and father of her children, William T. Bullock in 1979; one daughter, Charlotte Spencer, two granddaughters, Sharon and Peggy Elizabeth Phelps; and a second husband, Eldon Nowlin.
