Curtis Eugene Lindsay...

 Curtis Eugene Lindsay, 75, of Wichita Falls, TX, passed away December 21, 2009 in Wichita Falls, TX.

 He was born in Newport, TX on December 9, 1934 to Willie and Carrie (Jones) Lindsay. On February 18, 1956, he married Danna Beth. He spent his entire career in oil production and retired as production supervisor for Pioneer Resources. His passion was his family.

 Memorial services were at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church of Bowie with Tom Rodgers and Mike Henson officiating. Arrangements entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home.

 Survivors include: wife, Danna Lindsay of Wichita Falls; two sons, Mike Lindsay of Olney and Kent Lindsay of Tyler; four granddaughters; two great grandchildren; sister, Genieva Williams of Bowie; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Esta Lee Gidlow...

 Esta Lee Gidlow, 101, of Sanger TX, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2009 in Justin, TX.

 She was born December 21, 1908 in Montague County, TX to Albert and Willie Lawler Thompson. On June 29, 1928, she married Orville Gidlow in Colorado City, TX. She was a member of the Methodist Church. She enjoyed caring for her family.

 Funeral services were at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at the McCoy Funeral Chapel in Saint Jo with Rev. Tom Yarbrough officiating. Burial followed in Mountain Park Cemetery, under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home.

 She is survived by a sister, Joyce Whitehead of Duncan, OK.

Cecil Walker...

 Cecil Walker, 81, of Bowie, TX, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2009 in Bowie.

 He was born September 17, 1928 to WN and Pamela (Hope) Walker. He was a longtime resident of Bowie and a member of First Freewill Baptist Church. He loved fishing, hunting, baseball and football.

 Funeral services were at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the First Freewill Baptist Church of Bowie with Rev. Larry Cox and Rev. Billy Walker officiating. Burial followed in Elmwood Cemetery, under the direction of Heritage Family Funeral Home.

 Survivors include: wife, Betty Partridge Walker; two sons, Gary Walker of Wichita Falls and Greg Walker of Weatherford; six grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; brother, WD Walker; sister, Jo Martin; and several nieces and nephews.

Jack McInnish...

 Jack McInnish, 73, of Nocona, TX, passed away December 26, 2009 in Nocona, TX.

 He was born June 13, 1936 in Carrolton, TX to HH and Cora Lee Hughs McInnish. He married Billie Frances Williams.

 Funeral services were Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at the Swisher Cemetery in Lake Dallas with Dr. William LaBarr officiating. Scott Morris Funeral Home directed the service.

 Survivors include: children, Kelly Ann Sundheim, Sherry Miller of Highland Village, Chris McInnish of Irving, and Jeff McInnish of Nocona; brother, Kenneth McInnish of Carrolton; sisters, Charlene Kearns of Lewisville and Cyliva Gravely of Carrolton; ten grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

William H. "Buster" Reed...

 William H. "Buster" Reed, 82, of Bridgeport, TX passed away Sunday, December 27, 2009 in Bridgeport.

 Buster was born May 28, 1927 in Bridgeport, TX to the late Herman and Lucille Reed. He married Gwendolyn Fewell on May 27, 1949 in Crosbyton, TX. Mr. Reed farmed most of his life and was self employed in the trucking industry. Buster was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church and a 32nd Degree Mason.

 Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2009 at the First Baptist Church of Bridgeport with Dr. David Burrows and Rev. Craig Erb officiating. Burial will follow at East Bridgeport Cemetery. Jones Family Funeral Home directed the service.

 He is survived by: his wife of over 60 years, Gwen Reed; sons, Dr. Gary Reed and wife Paula and Glenn Reed and wife Mary; daughter, Janie Newton and husband Tommy; sisters, Herma Loy Farris and husband Joe and Roberta McClure and husband Duane; sister-in-law, Ophelia McNeill and husband George; grandchildren, Christopher Reed and wife Elain, Joe Newton and wife Kimberley, Michael Reed and wife Jessie, Kim Raby and husband Paul, Chelsea Harrison and Blake Harrison; great grandchildren, Tyler Raby, Casey Reed, Allison Raby, Anna Raby, Madison Reed and Grant Newton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

 He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Velma Ruth Wood.

 Pallbearers were Christopher Reed, Joe Newton, Michael Reed, Paul Raby, Sam Farris, Mark Stewart, Cregg Stewart and Rodney Stewart. Honorary will be Tyler Raby and Blake Harrison.

 In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church, Food Ministry, 1204 12th St., Bridgeport, TX 76426.

Randall McDaniel...

 Randall McDaniel, 64, passed away Friday, December 18, 2009 in Sunset, TX.

 He was born August 18, 1945 in Bowie, TX to Guthrie R. and Connie Paulene (McGee) McDaniel. He served in the United States Army and later worked as a security installer.

 Services will be at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home of Bowie.

 Survivors include: son, David McDaniel of Keller; daughter, Michelle Lamp of Fort Worth; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Davis of Alvord and Paula Terry of Bowie; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Michael Jay Hogan...

 Michael Jay Hogan, 56, of Gainesville, TX, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2009 in Springfield, MO.

 He was born January 1, 1953 in Muenster, TX to Jack and Tommie Mitchell Hogan. He served his country in the U.S. Navy. He loved his family and playing music with the family band.

 Funeral services were at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 26, 2009 at the McCoy Funeral Chapel in Muenster. Burial followed in Hardy Cemetery, under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home of Muenster.

 Survivors include: wife, Carolyn Hogan of Gainesville; daughters, Pam Neu of Whitesboro, Crystal Moody of Valley View, Cynthia Donnelly and Paula Empey, both of Gainesville; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sisters, Jacqueline Goldsmith of Nocona and Patricia Cantrell of Hardy; and brother, William "Bill" Hogan of Wichita Falls.

J.C. Upchurch...

 J.C. Upchurch, 83, of Bowie, TX, passed away Friday, December 25, 2009.

 He was born March 22, 1926 in Clinton, OK to Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Upchurch. He served his country during WWII in the United States Navy and retired from the Tarrant County Independent School System. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8789 and American Legion Post 252.

 Funeral services were at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Victory Bible Baptist Church in Park Springs, TX. Burial followed at the Sunset Cemetery, under the direction of Heritage Family Funeral Home of Bowie.

 Survivors include: wife, Doris M. Upchurch of Bowie; son, Bruce Upchurch of Wichita Falls, TX; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brother, Dale Upchurch of Clinton, OK; sisters, Ernestine Upchurch of Whitney, TX and Dortha Woodall of Sedalia, MO and June Burton of Azle, TX; and numerous friends.
